Happy New Year! (and all of that)

December 30th, 2008

I know it’s been awhile since the last time I’ve written here, however regardless of the major outdating of the entire network I’m still alive.

First up, Happy New Year 2009 to you all! Let’s all hope we have a better year than this one (seriously… x_x).

Second, I know this is probably old news or super-recent news or something but there has been a major buzz around the Code Lyoko scene for the past few days. It looks like Kabillion had announced a brand-new “project” to be released sometime in 2010 (what the heck? that long?) called Code Lyoko RELOADED. I only got this piece of news from the Five Sectors CL fan forum that I’m co-running, which the root source of this information is as always, the ever-known CL.fr.

Here is the promotional poster (yes, there is a typo there) of this Code Lyoko RELOADED project. This is the first time I’ve heard of it and the information regarding the project is still a little faint. If any of you know about it, please shed us fellow CL fans some light about this. :)

I don’t think it’s those “special movies” that was mentioned months ago, nor that it’s the title of a Season 5 of the series, mainly because there was no mention of them in this promotional project. Also, watch the hidden movie (which personally isn’t really that eye-popping in my opinion…). The URL is in that poster.

Closing of Team Lyoko Roleplaying Board

September 8th, 2008

The RPs are merged with new CL forum community, Five Sectors. It’s become very difficult and time consuming for me to maintain two forums all at once. Please join and see you there!

Team Lyoko Blogs Terms of Service

May 24th, 2008

It has been reported that some of you are already breaking the Terms of Service (TOS) that was posted in this blog months ago by providing obvious spoilers to each of the entries that the blogs have posted.  Yes, I know the series has ended, however the purpose of the blogs is to provide interactive roleplaying with the characters through blogs.  Obviously some of the people who comment in there just don’t get the purpose at all.

Because of what’s been happening as of late, all comments are now being moderated by the bloggers (this applies to ALL BLOGS, not just certain ones in which these comments were already posting obvious spoilers).  This would mean that all of your comments will land in the comment moderation queue for the bloggers to review.  If it’s a comment that abides by the TOS, those comments will be posted.  Otherwise
your comment will not be posted in the blog at all.

These Terms of Service have been linked in all of the blogs and you as the visitors should have read them.  If you haven’t read them, read them now.  At this point, this method will continue until everyone finally gets the idea of what the purpose of those blogs are.

If you have any concerns or questions, you may post them by commenting.  Thanks.

Code Lyoko SUPERNOVA Remix Project

April 22nd, 2008

[SIDENOTE] Code Lyoko is back on Cartoon Network starting in Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) @ 6:00 am. Who says this series will never see the light of day…?

[MAIN NOTE]
Okay, here we go. The dedicated peeps of Lyoko Geniuses (and other dedicated peeps from other CL fan forums (France and Poland included!)) have put their heart, soul, and effort to create their very first collaborated musical project known as Code Lyoko SUPERNOVA Remix Project. This is a collection of remixes and other unreleased (?) tracks done by fellow fans from around the world. There’s no catch here, just something to show off the fun and their love and dedication to our favorite series. :)

Although I have no aptitude or special skills with audio files, I did made a little contribution. I created the official CD cover graphic of the remix project LOL.

All you have to do to download the soundtrack is to click on the CD cover that I made below:

Early Morning CN Airing of CL Continues…

April 3rd, 2008

Just as some of us thought that the end of the re-airing of Season 1 of Code Lyoko may probably be the last time Cartoon Network was going to air the show on U.S. TV, worry no more.  The re-airing of Season 2 of the series will begin on April 8th at the same 6:00 am time slot.  It looks like CN is going to continue the re-airing of all four seasons from this point on and possibly going to include the missing Episode #78 that was never aired during Season 4 later on.

Perhaps they are making room for some new CL specials in the near future…?
